I am Executive Chef Eric Tate, a classically trained chef with a deep-rooted passion for culinary excellence and genuine hospitality. Raised in Kings Mountain, North Carolina, I grew up surrounded by bold Southern flavors, well-seasoned food, and the belief that great meals bring people together. That foundation not only shaped my love for cooking but continues to influence every dish I create today.
My educational journey began at Clemson University, where I earned a degree in Travel and Tourism, giving me a strong understanding of guest experience, service, and the hospitality industry as a whole. I later followed my true calling by pursuing my culinary training at The Art Institute of Atlanta, where I studied Culinary Arts and refined my technical skills and classical foundation.
With formal culinary training and years of hands-on experience, I take pride in blending classic techniques with soulful, flavorful cuisine. My approach to food goes far beyond the plate—I am committed to delivering exceptional service, creating memorable dining experiences, and providing consistent, top-tier quality. Every menu, event, and dish reflects my passion for food, hospitality, and creating moments that bring people together.
